Flourless , sugarless 2 eggs pinch of cinnamon 1/2 small banana , blitz in bullet or processor, so yummy 😋 with yogurt and blueberries . Enjoy 😊

Aileen , I am not sure if Keto , but there is no sugar 🤔. 2eggs 1 small banana ( don’t think you eat bananas on keto) Pinch of cinnamon Put in blender . Coconut oil in small frying pan on medium heat Serve with yogurt and berries No sugar ;)
