Thanks! 👍🏻That is exactly what I am planning on. Picked 1500. I am not overly active, although I am trying to change that. This will be the first week I have put everything, i mean every bite and sip, in the diary. And I do my best to overestimate on things I can't control as much (anything ordered out). Figured it just has to start here, tracking as honestly as I can (whether I like it or not) or I wont be able to get close to accurate numbers. 😉
