Plus I remembered someone saying the other day about going up to 75# on something. I had to try. Managed 75# rows for 2.5 sets then 90 on the last half of the last set. Won’t be doing that often haha. 90 made 75 seem light. Especially since it was toward the end. It’s Monday so we had to skip free weights. I think every bike, treadmill, elliptical and stepper was taken! Plus almost every bench there and several at each weight rack in front of the mirrors. Only about 3 machines were open when we walked in! Lots of kids too which is against the rules. 🤷‍♀️

Sometimes you just got to enjoy 😉 log it. My favorite is Hershey Symphony Bar plain or with toffee and almonds and Cadbury fruit and nut bars and Cadbury Caramellos ok snickers. But I cannot remember the last time I had one

Lol you sound like me JC! I really love snickers, Carmelo’s, Cadbury eggs, Cadbury caramel eggs, Milky Way, Hershey’s plain, Hershey’s with almonds and my cinnamon protein bars. Used to eat Reese’s daily. Oh and let’s not forget anything dove and the Easter, valentines and Christmas chocolates. My second choices would be Twix, kit Kat and crunch. Nah let’s move them to first choices. Everything else is second or don’t like. As I love jaw breakers, sprees, runts, mints, bubble yum... ok I’ll stop there as the other candy list is probably longer than the chocolate. OH and cookies and cream. Man that sounds good. Those little bliss bites. You can imagine how hard it is to limit myself to a few jawbreakers a day and a couple snickers a week lol. It was almost unbearable on 1200 kcal.

Think I did the carbs backwards. Had a protein bar then followed the workout with candy bar then corn, Mac and cheese and steak. Can’t eat dinner at 4:30 though so meat and real carbs will always come afterward. Candy carbs before and occasionally after. Tonight we ate at 8:15 and workout was 6-6:45. Wanted something quick and it’s a good excuse to buy a candy bar that I don’t keep on hand ;). (Anyone finds my snickers stash and I’ll hurt them hehe).

The peanut butter Snickers and everything caramel and chocolate are my faves. Those fundraiser chocolate with gooey caramel bars are worth the buck the cost (though they’ve really shrunk over the years...). 🤤
