First push/ab day:

Barbell deadlift warm ups: 50#

Barbell deadlift: 90# bar
Barbell row: 35# bar
One arm dumbbell row: 10# weights
Barbell curl: 35# bar

Abs:
Cable crunch: 40# then 47#
Ab buster machine: 50#
Roman chair leg raise: body weight

90# was a bit much on the deadlifts without a belt, but I got it done. That’s about 80% of my max I think. Rows were spot on as I barely got the 10th done (8-10 was my goal on all) and same for curl except 6/7th were my hard ones and I stopped there. Should’ve gone up to 10’s on the DB rows I think. First two sets were easy but the last was a killer.

Abs... while I love Roman chair leg raises the others I could do without. Not a bad workout overall!

Chris’s log would be a better log than mine to check. D’s would be advanced but you could find great things on his too. Several others would be better than mine lol. But when you start, feel free to message me and I can tell you what I’ve done. (If my memory holds lol).
