Wow! Didn’t know this existed. I was going on here to calorie count and a whole new world opened up. I will get started once I get my shakes which will be this week and I am working out my meals. I have joined the local gym. So will work out routine as well. Failing to plan is planning to fail. So that is what I’m doing I am planning.
