I’m 800+ kcal down today. Was starving this morning but I knew I’d have a big dinner so o didn’t eat. Now I’m kicking myself lol. I’ll have a protein shake for 30g @ 160 kcal then the rest will be a free for all. Ramen? Cheese and chips? Almonds? I’d like to keep fat low but ramen has no nutritional value. But man I miss it!

Ramen 290 for a cup, almonds 170, shake 160, snickers 250= 870 which would get me right at maintenance then a little something to get the extra 100-200?

I’m wondering if 200 kcal might be too much. Seems my middle is a little flabbier than a couple months ago even though it measures the same. I’ve lost some fat from the thighs and they measure the same! I can tell in my clothing. Perhaps my fat has antigravity powers and is moving up lol. Let’s just keep it moving up a bit more and I’ll be happy! (My cheeks guys! I want soft ‘chubby’ cheeks. Mine are all long and almost sunk in 😭)

And I swear as I get leaner, I notice that as well, reference the stomach. My theory is that since you have less fat to stretch the skin, it can feel and appear looser. Also, for me, I am getting leaner in other places faster so the stomach fat stands out more.

Maybe that’s it! I know when I sit down I have a little roll now 😭. Not the tiny one I’ve always had either. I’ll gladly take some of your cheeks! That comes with some arm and shoulder muscles right?? 😁😝

@D, Eh what’s a little pain? 3 kids, a broken hand, broken foot, broken toes and 8 surgeries... a little pain doesn’t hurt 😉. I remind myself of that every time I’m at the gym haha. I think ‘no pain no gain’ refers to actually lifting heavy weights rather than pain afterward. @chris, I have horse face lol. That’s always my first indication I’m losing weight. My face loses first. This time my calves lost next. Right now I’m losing top down and bottom up at the same slow pace I think.
