Before at 220-225 pounds to today at 184 pounds. I had a back injury that caused me to quit lifting for a while. I gained a lot of fat and lost a lot of muscle. Thank God for muscle memory.

Wait, what? Hard work? So this is not a result of the supplement Chris is selling? 🙅🏼♂️

Yep, I was down to 160 from 220 in my early twenties. Got injured at age 28 or so and then again at age 30. Injury-free since then.

I like your dedication. I need to find a store that sells some of that!

Also, I feel that staying active, keeping the fat off, and lifting has helped my back remain pain-free. Many people with sciatica need to resort to surgery.

I think the legs are pretty darned close if they don't. I've been prioritizing them for months. Thanks, Babayjo, Gebron, and lol Moopie. :D

Diablo, thank you for sharing this😊 it’s unreal how an injury can do us in. I gained 27-30 pounds from my neck and back injury in 4 months. I have pain every single day, one gets used to the pain after years and years, but if it doesn’t hurt here and there that dam break through pain is for real!! I’m thankful for FS because we all struggle with weight and many other issues. This post just makes you more relatable and I’m sorry for the injury, and thank you for sharing it. Many here are so used to seeing buff, totally ripped Diablo, and yet know u started from somewhere. These post give hope to others struggling.

Thanks, #1loser and JC! JC, I also had pain every day for a long time. It didn't really subside until I got under 190 while making it stronger. I swear the extra muscle and fat loss made all the difference. Keep it up and you may also be free of pain one day.
