I have brought cauldrons tofu and I'm hoping to make tofu pakora tomorrow 😊

Did you made it? Usually I am not so good with preparing tofu, but find this way with strong spices works great for me.

Yes I made the pakora. They were ok but not brilliant. I think I should have marinated it over might with the spices and then made them.
