This is my candy bar stash. No commercial. No fundraiser. Just what I have on hand. If I get below 3 I binge on the last ones. This way I know I have them and I find it caking to know I can grab one at any time. This means I’m less likely to grab one at any time lol. 🤷‍♀️ I try to have one a day as my bedtime treat. If I can make it from dinner to bedtime without snacking on everything I get my snickers. Some days I get two if I have calories for it (maintenance to 200 kcal over) or need something before the gym.

Chris, yes I hoard them lol. Better to buy and hoard than buy one at every store I go to and eat immediately! 😉

Keep them around and they lose their power over you. I only ate 2 of the 12 donuts I bought. Control.

Exactly Diablo! I have two baskets of candy too and I rarely grab a piece anymore. I’m comfortable just knowing I have them.

I didn’t care for the almond snickers. Or the almond butter snicker squares. But I love Hershey’s with almonds or straight almonds.

Phat, one a night ;). Sometimes two but usually only one and only if I’ve earned it. Great workout today so I earned two of I want them. Will stick to one and a shake I think because I need the protein.
