Thank you to Erq for my Almond Breeze, the new base for my protein shakes.

Thank you to DP for my EggBeaters which I eat every morning.

Thank you to Diablo for the Chobani which has replaced the cottage cheese to deliver strawberry jam to my belly with a more pleasant texture and no need for controversial pepper.

And - wow! Of all the cereals I've eaten in my lifetime, THIS is the one I love the most! That's 200g (half a cereal box) for just this one meal, so I'm glad these come in bulk packages! 😁

If you don't hear from me in the morning, it means I didn't survive and it was nice knowing you all!

Pepper is controversial? My husband has told me it's not good, but had no reason other than that is what his mom (and stepmom) told him growing up...

I started putting rice milk in my preworkout shakes. I got the idea from that Bigger, Leaner, Stronger book. Not sure if it's the same one you read a while back.
