I’m lucky to choke down 200 kcal at a time. It sucks. Even snickers doesn’t sound good. Feel fine physically other than gagging when smelling or eating food.

I don’t know. Something with my meds I think. It took me 3 hours to choke down a snickers this morning. Same last week for a protein bar. Nothing tastes good and I don’t feel good when I eat after about 4 bites. No appetite before I eat either.

Went in today and they said I’m in a depressive episode. That means lack of appetite and to eat whatever I can get down. Grabbed a protein smoothie and I’ve been able to drink half of it so far. I’ll have a premier protein smoothie later so 54g protein there. Dinner is supposed to be hotdogs but that’s low protein so maybe cheese and the other hamburger patty I made last night instead. Just trying to get my lean mass (86) in protein ATM. Anything else is great.

Thanks wifey! I’m s super hungry now so I’m hoping it’ll last until dinner time. (20 minutes). Drank a whole protein smoothie today and didn’t feel like getting sick so that’s a plus!
