For the doubters :P

So, during my "Intensity" phase, it was really heavy weight with short breaks. "BLS" (Bigger Leaner Stronger) was still heavy with longer breaks, so the lifts went a bit heavier. This round is all about form, so the weights have dropped significantly for now.

Before, it was just brute force to move the weights and form disappeared lol.

I’ve been doing the BLS plan for 10 weeks. Seeing good results. I think it’s tough to not try to keep bumping up the weight, but the research keeps me in a decent range to keep good form.

Wow, you're either stronger than me at pulldowns, or your machine has an extra pulley. Great job!

Okay, so I didn't read all the numbers here, but I do know you look very fit and Mrs Chris concors. 💕👏😊

Oh, ok, yeah we have those, so you're adding the weight from each side? For example last night I was doing shoulder presses on one. It said 150 per side but really I think it's 150 total if you put the pin on 150. There is no way I could do 300 for 10+ reps. It would be nice though... The way they have them numbered makes you feel really strong doing hammer strength machines, but then I go to the lifetime fitness machines and the weight is more accurate. Cuts my strength in half. So I almost pulled a glute doing 280 for 3 reps on the CABLE lat pulldown because I couldn't deal with you being stronger at it. I look back and DP was nodding her head. She was upset the same way that wife was upset in Napoleon Dynamite when here husband couldn't put a nice tear in that Tupperware.

Geez- He couldn't just let you go with it. I knew there was no way but I wasn't gonna say it again. 😉

😃 I just barely got the 3 reps close to my chest tho lol I do cable lat pulls every single gym session so I’m sure that has a lot to do with why I’ve progressed so far with them.
