tofu is an amazing thing now I'm looking at my nutrition again in abit more depth.
has everything people need who want a plant based diet. very high in protein and good fats, but more importantly it's very high in calcium iron and has a small qty of magnesium.
the tofu I get is vegan and fortified with vitamin B12.(it's funny now I have cut meat out entirely things I didn't need to worry about are surfacing.)
I feel so much better the last 2 weeks that I have got my macros sorted out and my 💩 are the highlight of my day🤣.
a vegan diet is also considerably cheaper then one containing meat.
not for everyone I know but seriously if you want to look into the global benefits of a vegan diet it might make you try an 8 week challenge and see how it goes.

I won't get into it because 99% of the people on this forum are whingers/sooks lmao but feel free to message me if ya want to learn why I opted away from animal products and why I feel so much better for it

Quinoa rice and veg go in rice cooker.
Once that's cooked I put it in bowl with the tofu and microwave for 2 min
Tofu is cooked in advance 😁, this is soy sauce, jalapeno sauce,chili flakes,lime and parsley. The key is nutritional yeast. I roll the tofu in the yeast afew mins before it comes out the oven. It's crispier the any KFC on the planet💚
