JC it’s tater tot casserole. Lots of onions and peppers, tots, cheese, beef and ground elk. I left 1/3 of it for later. Hubby made two dishes and we have 2/3 of one left.

I like the tater tots casserole I am from the south I would have only ground deer instead of elk
