I keep reading that I need to focus on a surplus and that’s why I’m not noticing a big muscle gain these last 6.5 months. So I find myself trying to decide what to eat that’s worth 450 kcal. I’m at 1500 if I have my protein shake and I burned 1750 today. Plus the 200 kcal surplus. So....
Two more candy bars and that shake? Cheese and crackers? Nachos? Notice I’m thinking carbs here lol. Mostly cheese is trying to beat out snickers. I’m honestly not hungry but eating serves my current goals so I need to. Anyone wanna make me an apple crisp real fast??
