Doing pretty well today. I gave myself free reign with the diet just to see how high I would go. Two Halloween parties where I was given treats, 2 meals of pizza and was given candy while trick or treating with the kids.

8pm and I’m at 1600! The day isn’t over yet. I’m super lacking on protein. Sitting around 58g 😐. Planned on dessert just not what.

Feel pretty good now that I’m logging everything. It’s nice to find that I can go without logging and still end up close to goal (1800 or so with today’s activity). Although I just put in the pieces of pizza and didn’t have the opportunity to weigh it so that could be off. I also didn’t log the two mini chocolate covered pretzels I ate or the 2 pieces of candy corn lol. Yep I’m honest enough to tell it all even if I can’t log the two pretzels. Not logging the candy corn because I ate a few less than a serving yesterday so those just made up the difference.

Hope everyone had a happy Halloween! Don’t eat all the kids candy tonight!
