Guess who deadlifted 160+ the smith bar tonight??
I also did 90,90,100 on the ab buster machine, 50 for flies, 6,4,4 pull ups with 26# taken off (so 100 lbs of my weight lifted), 2 unassisted pull-ups, 90 plus smith bar for bent over rows, 30# db rows, 90,90 on the incline pull and 90,90 on the row machine. Also tried cable curls but that was 15# one arm and 35 both arms together. An cable crunches were 62.5 as usual as that slides me forward. Seems I’ve lost half my ass weight to keep me in place lol.
Pretty much killed it. Don’t know what I did differently or if I’ll be able to do it next week. Lunch, light salad and string cheese, 4 hrs pre workout, 5 cashews not logged, and post workout an hour after was frito chili pie with lots of elk meat. Not my fav but saving half the chips and cheese u until the end makes it seem like a snack ;).
