Absolutely CRUSHED IT today! I stuck around for 2 1/2 hours today because my energy was insane!

"PRs" = "Personal Records" (progress) and I've never seen that many in a day! 😳

No nap, but I was starving by the end, so took my wife to Red Robin and eliminated a burger in about 10 minutes!

A great day indeed! Round 2 tomorrow...

Wow 23! Great job Chris! Just out of curiosity, when you do all those benches do you go down in weight? I can’t read your weights. We do incline, flat then military press and I find my arms are like jello by the end of those. My weights are highest on flat bench but I have to lower them the longer I go.

Great work! Hopefully you have a quick recovery. My workout on Monday was similar and I’m still feeling it pretty good today.

Dips killed me Monday and still hurt. Couldn’t do more than 5 tri push downs at the end, where I can normally do about 15-20.
