Back on the horse again. After eating whatever I liked over Christmas/New Year and thoroughly enjoying that fact, I am happy that I only put on 3 or so kilos. So before it gets too high, I'm recording what I eat again. Don't want to get down too far, as the loose saggy baggies start to appear. Once that happens, it won't go away. I will still swim 4 days a week and other exercise to keep as firm as I can for my age. However I do realise that ageing is happening and there nothing anyone can do to stop that. I'm just trying to look as good and feel as good as I possible can.
