Had two pieces of hamburger pizza from the hideaway tonight. It was a large. I couldn’t find any nutritional info online for them so I just logged something similar from Mazzios. Logged 3 medium slices hoping that’s about right. Now I’m still 300 kcal short for the day when I expected to be 300 over with eating breakfast. If I stay up longer tonight I may have something else but right now I’m feeling a bit bloated. From just two pieces of pizza!

Had a decent workout tonight. Had help lifting 85# off the decline bench rack. Got it on my own the third time but it pulled at my scar so could only get 3-4 reps in whereas when hubby lifted it for me I got 8 reps. Gotta work on that!

Got in just 2 pull-ups. BUT our nephew has a pull up bar and I had to show off. I got 4 on his after a 2-3 hour break lol.

Rowed 120# again but 70# on the pec deck was super hard today. I’m guessing cause abs are still sore from Tuesday and I’m all over sore and still from the fun family fitness night. That night worked my butt and legs more than any number of squats I’ve done so far!

Got you WAY beat Pepper! Hideaway also, but logged in 760 cal! Ugh! Then ice cream when I get home? 😳 I got work to do to get back to what was a good week eating. Wish me luck!

Yep you beat me! We all deserve some treats now and then so don’t be hard on yourself. :) It could’ve been way worse, you could’ve eaten the whole pizza ;).

I'm pulling a whole 25#! I'm so friggen weak! But I'm doing it and pretty soon I'll be right with you on the 85#. ... A woman can dream :)

What are you doing 25# on? I started with just the 45# bar on my benches. I actually started with a35# bar on flat bench at first then worked up to the 45# bar. After that I started using the incline and military benches. Just recently started using the decline bench and it’s awkward. I’d been going to the gym for a couple weeks or so before starting bench though. You’ll get there! Just takes time!
