This is two boxes of kraft Mac and cheese, 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 5 cans of tuna. Fed 5 of us with a bit left over.

One box of Mac and cheese, 1 can of soup and 2 cans of tuna (or one of the larger cans) makes about 4 cups or so. ;) If you make it keep the salt handy. I love adding a pinch of salt to mine.

It’s cheap too! $3-$4 for one box, $7-$8 for two. If we are really hungry I make garlic toast to go with it.

I’d gain 10 pounds with all the sodium in this. I know it would be delicious but I’d pay the price for 4 or 5 days. Sodium is killer for me. Why is that???
