Doing my part to support the beef industry: last night I had a DubQuartaPound, tonight was a DQ double cheeseburger, and tomorrow is Red Robin!

But forget about all that for a sec. I don't care what diet you're on, you must find a way to squeeze one of these into your culinary bucket list... it's a DQ Oreo CupFection Sundae: vanilla soft serve, warm caramel sauce and chocolate fudge over crushed Oreos and soft, warm brownie bites!

To clarify, the sundae was only about 750 calories. The burger made up the difference.

Goodness, Chris! You are the great tempter. 👿 Not all of us are trying to NOT lose weight! 😁 The other day I had snickers bar, Beyer's ice cream for breakfast. After watching my family consume scoop after scoop the night before, I was determined to enjoy some when I had a new day's worth of calories before me. By bedtime I was so hungry from having used so many calories on that one delectable treat! 😁

Once I'm safely into the 170's and not teetering, I'll have one. Everything I get at DQ I have them make with chocolate ice cream, though I can admit that a peanut buster parfait is better with vanilla somehow.

Oh I get it. Took me a sec. Why am I awake? I'm not supposed to wake up until 3 on the dot. Forcing myself to go back to bed. I'm scared to try melatonin but I may have to one day.

I'm central time and I woke about 2:30. I think when I sent that it was about 2:45 a.m.Maybe there is lag somewhere. So tired of crap sleep. Feel like my losses would be better if I wasn't up 1/4 of the night.

I’ve had this. It is absolutely worth every calorie. But I worked the system and shared it with my daughter. It’s delicious!!!!! Soooooo delicious!!
