Just keep aiming for your goal. Take one day at a time and if you have a bad day its ok because these are the days that give us inspiration to do better the next. Dont count it as a set back look at it as a stepping stone on the path to your goal some people have more steps and thats ok all the matters is that you keep looking up.

Thanks guys l really appreciate your kind words.
Its a new day today and its time to do this. My first goal besides eating better is to get my steps goal consistently. I’ve had my steps goal set at 14k a day for ages and l have only achieved about twice so l plan to change that from today.
P.S l don't own a car and walk everywhere so you would think l could do this easily. Its all the sitting on my butt in between times 😂😂

Good on you it’s awesome to hear your goals be proud I love that your aiming for a great outcome my goals are small compared to many of you I weigh double if not triple most of your weight n I carry so much fluid but since my car accident 2yrs ago I have struggled n finding this app has been a blessing I aim for 500-1000 steps per day if I reach that I’m over the moon it’s winter at the moment n my bones ache so much with the cold especially after breaking both ankles in the crash so keep up your efforts n continue to be happy with your progress your going great 👍
