Pretty neat to see. Where do you fall? I'm in the lower range of the 3rd row. I may have to try for a little more. Maybe average 180 instead of my current 160 grams.

Depends on the day for me but monthly overall puts me in lower range of 3rd row. I get about 130 a day. Hard to get more unless it's just shakes. Good enough, IMO.

wow. maybe I'm captain overkill. a lady at work whose a former competitor told me at my age I should be close to 40% of calories from protein. I try for 35 currently so 200g minimum but usually 210-220g. maybe wasteful but if it ain't broke..... that's like 2.9g/kg.

Was at 2300. Just increased to 2500 a minute ago. So that may take a few days to catch up. I feel like I'm eating all the time at 2300. Unless I have a peanut butter or cereal day.

Geez Louise....so you don't eat anything worth while? All lean proteins. No pizza, pop tarts, pudding, pie, pretzels, pasta, peanut m&ms....running out of P's.?

I fit those In. Just not everyday. Had half a leftover single pizza yesterday and washed it down with a quart of Greek yogurt. I go nuts a couple times a month. Oh yeah and last night was 2 servings of Choco lucky charms. I went to 2600 yesterday hoping for a good loft today. I'm eyeballing a donut in the fridge currently. He was smaller than all the other kids on the playground so his 5 friends were chosen yesterday by the kids. He has rejection issues and it pains me to watch.

I'm at 2.6 g/kg or to be exact 2.64/kg. But, to be fair it's not hard to do that at this current weight. I used last Sunday's weigh in. So, I guess I fall between the top and second row. However, I have to say if a person is eating at a calorie range in order to release weight - it can be a lot more challenging to fit even 1 gram/lb. I felt like I had more leeway when I hit maintenance.

Hmmm, that may be my problem. I think I will try to raise it. When two of the leanest folk on the site are going with more, I have to follow! 😁

I can't believe I didn't say peanut butter. Pumpkin pie, pigs in a blanket, parfaits. (Now I'M procrastinating, Katsolo. Laundry sucks. I can wash and dry it all day long- it's the putting it away that I dread)

I’m at about 1.75 grams per kg. Seems to be effective for me.

Persimmons, pepperoni, peaches, anything pumpkin, and I hate putting laundry away, too. My grandmother had 9 kids and one of those washers you had to crank and they never owned a dryer ever. I'm sorry, but I would have run away.
