Shredded chicken nachos minus the chips. Have no idea how to log this since I can’t take it apart to weigh. So I just logged half a nacho plate (this was half the appetizer I ordered a few days ago). Log will show higher on carbs and lower on protein than actual consumption but I think calories should be close. Had a high protein lunch and low cal/high protein dinner so I could chow down on some popcorn and a snickers. Popcorn didn’t happen so I’m thinking a king size snickers instead :). Maybe.
