Half a mini loaf of bread (250ish cal), 2 oz of cheese and a microwave meal of beef tips, mashed potatoes and gravy. Logged 900-1000 because I plan to eat the rest of the bread later. Easier than dissecting the recipe again.

I feel that I should point out that the bread is from a small mini loaf and that plate is an 8” plate not the larger 10” one I usually use.
