This is a ham calzone minus the ricotta from our local Italian place. Half of this with two rolls makes a nice filling meal for me! The other half will be lunch next week and the two leftover rolls will be a midnight snack with some cheese :). This is one of my favorite meals! Just wish we didn’t spend $80-100 to take my family of 5 there. Wish I could let you all try it! It’s awesome!

Thanks! You can eat like me :). Just budget the calories for whatever you want to eat and use portion control :). You are right there at your goal so you’ll be eating like this soon :). I used to eat 3/4- to all of this calzone before I lost my weight. Plus a few rolls and maybe some cheese sticks. Now I’m satisfied with half of the calzone and 1-2 rolls. BUT a big factor with me is I WANT leftovers lol. I’d rather eat half and have two meals of it than eat it all in one sitting and then have something lower and less tasty calorie the second meal. That’s just me though. Two in my family absolutely can NOT set back half their meal. They have to eat it all or at least as much as they can until they are stuffed.
