I’m trying some IF as I don’t seem to be hungry until mid afternoon. Some mornings I have a bit of snickers creamer in my coffee but I’m not counting that lol. Some days I eat a light lunch, weekends I have to eat with the family and during the week I’m trying to not eat lunch unless we have a lunch date (hubby and I). Haven’t stepped ont he scale as I know I won’t see immediate results. Well I have, but I’m not recording it because it’s all over the place lol. 125.2 just a minute ago after coffee and water to take my pain meds. I don’t think 8oz of propel and 12oz or so of coffee would make a lot of difference but maybe a pound less than scale says right now. Maybe I’ll weigh and record this weekend! Anyway I’m posting my February CICO log. Obviously I’m doing good some days and horrible others lol. Some days we have to have higher calorie meals and some days I want some of my valentines candy lol. Unfortunately I wasn’t hungry Ken day then we ended up going tot he gym because they were finally open after the ice them snow. That was the 1700 CO day with only like 600 CI. I should’ve eaten more that day for muscle growth but I just wasn’t very hungry and I already had a low calorie dinner prepped. 🤷‍♀️ oh well.

Also lifted like 75# on one bench which isn’t much lower than I was before. I can lift more if hubby lifts the bar off for me. My shoulder and neck don’t like that movement with heavier weights. Sometimes I can’t move the shouts all to lift the bar off but I can do the reps just fine. Odd 🤷‍♀️. Oh and that was after two weeks off. Before that was like 1x a week bench for a few weeks then before that was months off. After surgery in March I’m hoping I can get back at it regularly by mid May.

My Dr is setting me up with a MRI. Should get the call today or early next week. We will see exactly what’s going on in my neck and get a plan of action for it! I don’t want the expense of an MRI BUT with surgery coming up I should meet my deductible between the two. I’ll pay it either way so it’s better to have the MRI since meds, stretching and the heating pad aren’t working well. I figured it up and I have about 9 hours a day being pain free. 3 of those are when I’m in bed lol. So 6 hours a day to get things done or go to the gym. I’ve gotta get it worked out so I take the meds about 90 minutes before the gym. I’ll hurt worse a couple hours after the gym but I’m gonna hurt anyway so why not add muscle pain to the nerve pain lol. At least with the muscle pain after the gym I feel like I’ve done something good for my body!

Hope everyone is well! I haven’t been checking FS much but when I do I rarely see posts from those I know. Just a few showing up. Getting lots of posts from those my FS friends gave supported with the heart. LOTS of those showing up. Anyway wish everyone well!

Thanks JC. Wifey, yes it’s boobs lol. March 17th I should be getting an expander placed on the right side. Then weekly fills for like 6-10 weeks then wait a couple months and then get an implant if all goes well. Fingers crossed for no odd infections for either of those surgeries (before, during and for several weeks after)!
