76 hrs into the fast, I feel great, outside now at 9pm doing some mini jogs because thats how great I feel

SUPER! You made it past the 72 hour mark! I, too, have had surprising energy on my fast. Getting more done in a day than when I wasn't fasting! Keep up the great work!

Thanks Debbie approaching 85hrs, I think I will call it quits after my gym session this morning as I need to be careful of refeeding syndrome. It will probably take me 3-4 days to get back to normal eating, but I am glad I did it.
