A unique flex Friday. :P Pre vacation look. 194 today but i only slept 4 hours so I know it would have been a new low for the year.

I just count calories and protein. Right now I average 2750 calories and ~200 grams of protein. Been lifting since late 1999 or early 2000.

Thanks, Mermee. I am not totally satisfied with my arm size but from the side, they don't look as bad I thought, which is why I kind of liked this multi-angle view. I'll take the bowling ball comment all day! :D

Tuna=mercury. Once a week at most.
