I think it's funny how I still call this my "chest and back" workout (it's evolved many times over the years)... it's just a few sets of bench presses for the chest. But honestly, that's all it really takes 💪

Which part of the chest do you want to develop? Incline press for upper chest, decline for lower. Fly’s work different parts, close grip for inner. It’s been Interesting to develop the different parts and I’m getting close to filling out everything I want filled out. (Balance right?) You’re on Insta, right? All is see is chest workouts! That leads to the shoulders…

One exercise with 3 to 4 sets will most likely maintain. 2 exercises will grow slow, 3 or more will really get things going. Shoulders have been my tough one. I don’t like how it feels when I get sore there. It’s like I’ve torn something and every arm movement hurts. I do, however, like the shoulder development. My favorite feature right now.

That’s great Mermee! I’m taking magnesium now and turmeric for inflammation. I’ve never taken so many pills in my life and my mom had us taking daily supplements as kids! The extra exercises will help your arms. My elbows have been problematic, but when I can do 3 different bicep/tricep exercises, growth happens pretty quick!
