I started back to work Monday for the first time in 15 months due to shielding// can't keep me safe at work. It as had a positive effect on my mental health. I wonder if it will have the same effect on the scales at my weekly Friday weigh in.

Thanks Jolly. It felt strange the first couple of days having to get used to all the protocols in the nursing home for vulnerable people. I now feel my life is getting back on track. One person I work with didn't recognise me with the weight loss and mask till I spoke. A confidence boost that was.😀👍

Jon I wish you all the best and can’t imagine how you feel just starting back it’s been an absolutely terrible time for us all we’ve lost loved ones to this pandemic myself included. But you will be ok we have to move forward and I’m sure you’ve missed work colleagues and friends so bite the bit and enjoy the new slim Jon and don’t be afraid to show him off 😉
