A day late but the vacay threw me off. :D It's nice having the vacation behind me. Felt like I had a deadline to get into better shape. Now I can coast to 185 or so by my 40th. Hoping to be in my best shape yet.

Man...those muscles! Not sure of names of individual muscles but I want those! I have the long muscles but the short ones elude me..( if that makes sense..)

Yes Tim, you just need to do resistance training and eat plenty of protein to make them sprout. Chris, I haven't measured the chest in a while. I measured the shoulders and they were well over 50".

Lol, I've always been jealous of broad shoulders but there are pros and cons to narrow and broad shoulders. I think that my traps are more impressive because of narrow shoulders, for example. I have a friend with broad shoulders who wants to know how to get traps like mine. I think he already has similar sized traps, they are just more spread out making them look flat when he's relaxed.
