This is just SOME of my food this weekend. I had over 7000 calories which is more than 2600 over what I would normally have. However I increased my activity as well so I’m only over by about 1500 kcal which is a days worth of food. Not bad for having several beers, 2-3 meals out each day, popcorn, a large candy bar etc. I can’t wait to see the gain from all this lol. It was totally worth it as I got to eat at a place I rarely eat, McDonalds breakfast which I save for treats and El Chico’s which is my all time fav place and haven’t gotten to eat there in like 10 years! Activity was actually pretty darn good when you consider I sat on my rear in the truck for at least 14 hours and sat in the stands for at least 7 hours this weekend! Oh and 11+ hours sitting eating, drinking and visiting. Walking around parking lots and in and out of games added a couple hundred burned calories per day thankfully. 😅

Wow! Sounds like you really enjoyed your weekend, so don't stress if you gain. You know you won't have that menu every day.

Well I would if I could lol. I actually lost a pound 😳. I’m guessing a bit of water loss due to the heat and I’ll probably gain it back in a few days. Either way I’m good with the scale as long as it stays in the 120-125 range. I tend to feel my best at that weight.
