yep a new ache every day

😂😜🤣 Is it going to be a "good knee day" or a "bad knee day"? 🤔 Ha ha!  

I haven't been on in a while because I didn't want to complain about all these issues I got going on with my body. Currently dealing with upper back pain that stemmed from a sneeze 3 days back. Yup a sneeze. 😜. I'm that old!! 

That's me; oh so funny!!! 

I have swollen ankle (a week now) from doing nothing but wearing new sandals. Arm/shoulder hurting again (3 years ago injured lifting grandkids) so this was definitely me! 

I’m hobbling, I fractured my back, 4 days later, I fractured my hip, I screwed up my knee getting up to get my cell, to call 911, got surgery during Covid , got kicked out the next day to recover at home, gamma nail sticking too far out, knee screwed up a year later. PT today, repeat surgery in September, my goal to walk into Dodger Stadium, climb those bleeping stairs in August and be ready for September again. I refuse to get old! I just want to get to my goal weight and keep on walking. I know I can do it. I broke the other hip in 2017 and thought I was going to die and now I don’t even think about it. 

I could totally see me doing something like that. I always get the ice cream out of freezer and try to get some and is so hard to get it its like fighting with the ice cream LMAO

I fight opening a package of crackers.
