Snickers doughnut. 3 doughnuts and I still got 190+ grams of protein and 2800 calories. Good deficit.

Hold the phone, Diablo. You mean to tell us you had 3 of them for 2800? Are you still going to have more to eat today? I’m genuinely curious! And, you still have a good deficit? Wow 🤩 I am also wondering what kind of calories you are burning up at the gym! More than the 1 mile walk I took for 100 calories I bet

Oops, I meant 2800 for the whole day. I had 1 of these and two smaller doughnuts today. Equaled about 1100 calories.

Good heavens!!! Yummmm! First....Have most of your body be muscle. Second... Use said muscle for hours a day. Third... Eat 2800 cals and delectable delights like these without a gain! 😁
