Flex Friday. That Snickers donut giving me that edge. Already seeing a difference from the last pic. Cutting sucks but progress pics can make you realize it's worth it. 20% body fat according to the scale.

I'm not sure that's 20% but ok. I'm not a fan of measurements anymore. 😁😁 looking mean as heck man. glad your not. we get the rare super big cut guy up here but they're arrogance and weirdness is over the top. appreciate you man.

The BWI measurement is calculate by an minute electrical charge that goes up one leg and down the other. It measures resistance based on density. Fat is less dense than muscle. It is and imperfect measurement, but it can give a ball park estimate.

I believe 20% is pretty close for me. Each percentage is a big visual difference, to me at least. Makes the next 5-10 percent exciting.

Thanks Bearnoggin! I've definitely never looked this lean at 192 pounds. Slow and steady wins. Slow reps, slow cardio, small deficit, etc. The turtle had it right. ;P
