What exercise do you do? I do YouTube Caroline Girvan which I enjoy and my arms are definitely more Toned. My legs not so much

Sounds great Thurid123 👍 keep up your good work! I do lot of Resistance Training which includes Weights, Calisthenics and Cardio (treadmill or jumping rope) for 30 - 45 min every 2 to 3 days. I sometimes use Redefining Strength Youtube Channel as guidance for Total Body Workout. For these past 30 days I do more fasting and go calorie deficit to lose my body fat. And it seems to work 😊
