😂 I eat veggies! Not many but on occasion 😆. My kids have decided they love my slow cooked pork loin so I’m making it more often. I did not have a cruller after this. However I did have 2 cans of beer and some cheese and crackers! Not to mention we met some friends in town and had snow cones, a cookie and a bit of popcorn (shared with my youngest). Before that we had been at the friends house and had a small ice cream cone and a small sliver of watermelon. I ate well and often yesterday 😛. My scale shows that I haven’t lost much muscle the last year I’ve had to be out of the gym. Decided I needed to start upping the protein again so I’m ready when my dr says I can go back in a couple weeks! Plus after all that junk food in the afternoon I felt like I needed a healthier meal for dinner. :D

I should point out that for me if I eat less fat and more carbs it’s easier for my body to stay in the weight range I want. When I add in more fats and cut carbs is when I tend to gain. Veggies make me gassy though so I don’t eat them often unless I will be home all day 😆. You’d be surprised to know I actually had two salads the other day! 😳 Of course I had two pieces of pizza with the dinner salad😊. But just two! I’m trying to learn restraint. It’s easier than learning patience haha.

😆 feel free to give me grief 😆 I enjoy banter and sometimes I think of things like this when deciding what to cook and then I make veggies 😉

Those rimmed paper plates are good for forcing portion control... Lil extra help when we need it! 😁
