I think of the slices or squares of cake as Comfort Food. When I started counting my calories, I decided to give those up and have had only two since. I've got a frozen carrot cake that I haven't hardly touched. Carrots shouldn't be so high in calories, should they? But who can resist a little Comfort Food. 😋
