I think that's a lifting volume record in such a short amount of time. Going a little crazy on the calorie intake doesn't seem as bad when you put it to use. I can definitely feel a big difference in power and energy when I am in a surplus.

I'm jealous of that lateral raise. is that regular ROM or heavy partials? and one more question if you don't mind me asking... what is your method of hair removal? I've been using nair and it's a mess.

You must have done some quick math cause that would be about 21 years of 300 average workouts per year. ~6500 and we both know I do more than 300 a year lol

Haha, Hebrews, it's padded by the leg presses that I pretty much do everyday. And the calf raises that have finally helped catch them up for the most part.

Rick, those are 40 pound dumbbells so not too crazy. I think Chris told me this app counts the sets as double the weight but I didn't know that so I stick with how I started. Also, I will do 2/3 of the reps as normal laterals and then continue the set with bent over lateral raises. I love the pump/burn I get from them. They are full range. Sometimes I'll grab even heavier runs for partials.
