What the heck!?

Two bologna and cheese sammies are over 1200 calories??

2 slices of meat, 2 slices of cheese, and 2 slices of bread with some mustard and mayo each.

So good, but.... 😳

Had to go look at the log. The mayo alone was 300. Bread was another. 2 slices of cheese 104g sounds pretty odd... Maybe you used more.

It's all legit lol. 16 slices of cheese in a pack. 1oz per slice. 28x4 = 112g (mine was less due to variant).

And that was a metric ass-ton of mayo to be sure - just glop and spread like we do. I ain't messing around, kids.

I don’t even think bologna sandwiches are that good for you Chris, but I’d eat them - I’d eat way past two of them - they are so dang delicious!😋😋😋😋👍 Have a Terrific Tuesday!

Yeah, that’s basically a meal for two! 😂 That’s the problem for me with calorie dense foods, the portion size is never big enough. That’s why I’m always filling up on veg!

Cheese was something in figured out I should skip. 100 calories per oz. I could skip mayo (100 calories per tablespoon), but it my protein add on. Bread, yeah 100+ calories per slice, right? The more you know!!!
