DAIRY IS NOT INFLAMMATORY
This is a slide from a video review on dairy in the December 2020 issue of the Weightology Research Review. In that review, I covered all of the health aspects and myths surrounding dairy.
You'll often hear people claim that dairy is inflammatory. However, the data shows the opposite. Depending upon which inflammation marker you look at, studies either show an anti-inflammatory effect, or a neutral effect.
Always be careful when people fear-monger over certain foods. Usually such fear-mongering has no basis in scientific evidence. -James Krieger

Thank you from the bottom of my glass Diablo!!!🥛 I love my milk and won’t ever give it up! If you don’t drink it for a long time, you often need to slowly bring back the enzymes that break it down, many think it’s because of it being inflammatory or their are now allergic. Thanks again for your great postings!!!💪👍
