I've been thinking about tacos for the last 2 days! Maybe I'll give in on Taco Tuesday.

We used to have them weekly but the kids got burned out on them. The husband decided he wanted them tonight but was in the field so I took his cooking night and made tacos for him. They are fairly low calorie if you add lots of veggies. Unfortunately I only like the meat, cheese and lettuce in mine and skip the tomatoes and onions.
