Day 2 of my weekend (Mondays and Tuesdays off). This is the last day of eating big, so I'm gonna chocolate milk it for all it's worth!

That's a peanut butter squiggle on a double chocolate donut that got a little squished. And I'm told there's a burger somewhere under all that bacon and cheese.

Looking back a couple years ago and saw that I could barely lift 40,000 in 90 minutes. I remember always comparing myself to Diablo and thinking his numbers were insane and that I'd never get big. I looked up to him and he inspired me to always try harder - still does!

The takeaway is to stop comparing and being envious of others and focus on yourself - achieve YOUR goals; not someone else's.

It takes time, but you'll get there!

I'm not even close to "there" but I'm well on the way... Stronger every day! Progressing forward means not going backwards.

Back to work tomorrow and cutting the calories back to a reasonable ~2800 calories until next weekend to balance out my weekly calories 😮‍💨
