It's Monday night. Time for another game of "WTF is on that pizza, mate?!" So, sticking with the Indian-themed pizzas, this one is a Shaahi Paneer pizza (I believe that's Hindi for "OMG delicious". Now, this has no meat on it -shocking! - and the main topping is the paneer which is some tofu-textured goat cheese I think (remind me to Google that later). I just trust the shop owner to pick my flavors for me as a surprise every Monday. For a vegetarian pizza, it's amazing though! And the paneer cheese is very much like chicken the way it's marinated and cooked before it becomes a topping. Tomorrow's my 4 hour spin class, so I'm ready! Bring it!

I had pizza in India and it was our host's choice. nothing like ours but totally amazing. I'm pretty sure it was vegetarian and not full vegan but it was a unique treat.

Banana curry pizza...my goodness. But that makes sense. Sweden is super experimental with fashion and ideas, makes sense it would show up in food too

Easily killed it off by yourself? I don't believe that for a second unless its much smaller than it appears. This is the same guy that took 4 days to eat a tiny cake...

Those days are long since passed. A 14" large isn't normally that much, but these guys are topping-heavy, so it's a little more difficult. Completely manageable though!

A four hour Spin Class deserves a giant pizza. I have no shame in admitting that I can, and do, eat a whole pizza on occasion. Enjoy every bite!
