Finally a day to relax, sort of. Growing old is like being increasingly penalized for a crime you have not committed, and why is a birthday cake the only food you can blow on and spit on and everybody rushes to get a piece? People in the office often talk about age, yet all this talk about age is foolish. Every time I’m one year older, everyone else is too!!😐 Oh well, what’s nice is I was brought up to respect my elders, so now at my age, I don’t have to respect anybody!😄 I know I am only young once, but I can stay immature indefinitely and plan to!👍 Birthdays are nature’s way of telling us to eat more cake, and I plan to. Weighing in on Thursday as the month is just starting and I want to accomplish getting back on track. 👍 I may be over the hill, but happily not under it!!!😊 Have a Stupendous Sunday!🌺☀️ Fact, wisdom doesn’t necessarily come with age. Sometimes age just shows up all by itself.😆

Maguscanook, thank you! I am not sure about taking chances, I am pretty conservative with my life. It has to be 100% safe for me to try anything. That’s why we still live in California, snow, wind, heat, tornados, I am happy here in safe CA. So we pay the highest price for everything to live here. Safe and we have the ocean and mountains, I’m happy. 😊 🍁

Liv001, thank you, 😁 there’s no cake, maybe at work, into cake for sure, but not birthday celebrations. I like it subdue and then quietly just go out for dinner.
Both my husband and I were raised were we really didn’t celebrate birthdays. We had a weird but happy childhood, funny how we found each other. 🙃
