I think you’ll be much leaner. But that’s good work regardless 💪 Also just watched the down size me. Good informative video where as super size me was a pot stirrer and entertainment type. Irresponsible eating sums it up pretty good lol Makes me think, I remember having health class in middle school and they never taught anything about calories and energy expenditure. They should really teach that if they truly care about combatting obesity

For real. How can we make a difference without the knowledge. How can parents pass that knowledge down to their kids if they are ignorant themselves? It's sad.

Hey is there ever an experiment where someone over eats the “healthy” stuff. Say drizzle olive oil and a handful of hemp seeds to every meal or something to that sort that would amount to 5k calories a day like the super size me guy did it and not exercise. I think it’s highly likely it would yield the same result just in a non satisfying kind of way 😂

I've watched it happen plenty of times in the bodybuilding.com forums over the years. They call it a fulk instead of a bulk lol. They did lift but still ate too many calories by far and got fat with no noticeable muscle gain. I don't think I've seen one where they didn't lift.

Diablo. is that really you - that’s amazing!!!!!!!👍💪💪💪 Superman did you have to mention irresponsible eating?😩😩😩 I think that comes with being hungry and no planning, just grabbing!🙃
