For superman and JB. FS likes to chop pics up a little so you can't see the traps but you probably remember how they look from yesterday, lol. Anyways, Planet Fitness was closed during this period because of Covid so the lighting is different but I think you can easily see the difference.

Also, it's a mirrored pic so the left arm is the right arm on the bottom pic and vice versa. 2 years apart. Age 40 above and 38 below. Average calories 2700 below and currently about 2300 above. I was looking my best in late 2019 and early 2020 before the gyms closed. My average intake was 3200-3500 calories. 160-200 grams of protein, 400-450 grams of carbs, and 80-100 grams of fat.

That's actually the bathroom of the gym that refused to close for a while. I think he finally closed it but only for like 3 months tops. That was a sad time.

I'm hoping to be that lean in the low 180s this time. If not, this bulk was for nothing. Fingers crossed, but age isn't on my side.

And as far as age, try STARTING at 40 lol! And also, my height and narrow frame means I need to add extra inches to balance out. This shiz takes a long F-ing time. At least my bulk cycles are making a difference finally. I'll always be jelly of your headstart as a young'n 😢

You shouldn't be too jealous of approximately 6600 workouts I've done since 2019. That's a lot of pain. I loved it all though. It's most likely in the 7000s with my old 2 a days. I worked for this. :)
