Hi all, hope you are all going well and are motivated on your weight loss journey. My small gym that I loved closed down on 30/06 😪. Hoping to try out a few places nearby. I much prefer a gym I can walk to.

I am moving into an apartment soon that has a gym. I shall change my focus from food onto exercise. looking forward to it
